Class cancellations:

·In booking a cookery class at Tui’s Flowers and Tui’s Food, you are booking for a class at the time and date specified and, once booked, you are not able to change the date and time of this course unless we receive notice in writing four weeks prior to the date of your class.

·If you find you are unable to attend a class, you are welcome to send someone in your place, even at very short notice. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this so that we can make any necessary amendments and will require advance notice of any allergies or special dietary requirements or need for access.

·If you book onto a course using a Gift Voucher, you will be required to provide the gift voucher reference number at point of booking.

·We reserve the right to change the content on any course without prior notification or consultation.

·In the event of a course being cancelled by Tui’s Flowers and Tui’s Food, you will receive a full refund or a space on another course (whichever you prefer).

·For group classes will only go ahead once we have a minimum of 3 attendees booked on to a class. If a class has to be cancelled due to a shortfall in numbers, a full refund will be made or you can book on a different course, whichever you prefer.

·Food cooked in the lesson will be eaten on the premises and taken away with you in the containers you provide.

·You will be given instructions on how to store and cook the food taken away by you from Tui’s Flowers and Food. It is your responsibility to ensure that these instructions are followed. We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged or ill prepared food once it leaves Tui’s Flowers and Tui’s Food.

·We reserve the right to change courses, dates and times. If you cannot make the new dates or times, a full refund will be made.

Covid related government lockdowns: Should an area or national lockdown occur, and the government informs us that we are unable to run in-person classes for a period of time, then we will be in touch to offer you the options to either re-schedule your class to a date when we can run them in-person again, or make a full refund

Food allergies and intolerances

At Tui’s Flowers and Tui’s Food, we are always happy to adapt our recipes to allow for different food allergies or intolerances so long as you let us know in advance of attending a lesson or dining experience, however we do have to notify you that nuts, fish, flour, and other potentially reactive ingredients are frequently used in our cooking environments so we cannot guarantee that traces won't be found, although we strenuously strive to ensure that traces are eliminated.
