This retreat is open to everyone, even if you have never practiced Tai Chi before.  You will have fun and enjoy the benefits of improving your flexibility, strength and your cardiovascular fitness.  The emphasis on correct posture means that Tai Chi can instil a greater awareness of the body and how it moves through space.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Former Rectory in Fletton, we are offering a four hour retreat starting with a small brief on what Tai Chi is with your welcome drink of Jasmine or healthy tea.

Following the briefing, we will start with breath work and a warm up, then an hour of practice, learning some Tai Chi moves.  We then move on to learn the Tai Chi 10 FORM before we take a break and enjoy a three course Thai lunch from Tui's Food, including a mixed starter, a main course and a fruit platter.  We will then end the day by performing the TAI CHI 10 FORM, together with a mindful meditation of Qi Gong (air) breathing for relaxation.

11.00 - 11.30 - Meet & Greet with healthy teas and brief on what is Tai Chi

11.30 - 1.00 - Practise Tai Chi 10 Form moves

1.00 - 1.15 - Break

1.15 - 2.30 - Lunch

2.30 - 3.00 - Perform Tai Chi 10 form and Meditation with Qi Gong

On conclusion there will be a gift for you to take home.
